Passion for Moc Kobiet

When so much feminine energy occurs in one place, it must be magic!

When the group’s power flows, there must be trust in the process!

On the 25th of February, in 2018, Crossford, a village in Scotland welcomed another Moc Kobiet event. The event was organised for all the beautiful Polish women who live in the area. This was the second Moc Kobiet event organised by Ksenia Miłek from 'BesideYou Coaching' , Ewa Rogos-Chuchro from Dragonfly Photography and myself. We created an event full of fun, inspiration, taste and energy flow!

No limit...

There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish, as Michelle Obama has said. That is why the Moc Kobiet group is all about passion with no limits. It was only one month after the first Moc Kobiet event and we had the feeling that nobody could stop us from creating this incredible event. Many sponsors came on board recognising the potential of raising awareness of their own businesses. But they also wanted to support and empower women, so they can rise above the sky! or 'reach for the sky'

We had a passionate four hours of empowering, developing, and healing ourselves and socialising with eachother. The aim of the coaching sessions were about finding out what our goals are in life as well as getting those goals working for us, using the SMART approach. The conversations among participants created a fantastic atmosphere. During the break, everyone had an opportunity to have delicious tea and sushi made by one of our sponsors. There was conversation about everything from makeup to health, families and life goals.

The final part of the program was yoga with me; JU yoga. I had prepared a vinyasa krama sequence of asanas to warm up all the women, using a gentle approach. It was all about opening the chest and sending the energy from the heart outside. This helped to open up love, firstly to ourselves and then to others. I finished the session with magical visualisation where all the women met their own inner goddess and surrounded themselves with sparkling love. That was the most magical moment for me. Lights were off, candles were lit, silence was everywhere. I heard my heart beating and then the sound of my voice directing all the beautiful souls around me. Their bodies lying on the mats and trusting the process. I could have stayed there forever. We cannot wait for when we meet again.
