Eleanor Roosevelt once said that "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." Unfortunately, people sometimes think that dreams are not real. But in reality, dreams keep us alive as we wake up every day with purpose. Here, you will find the way to make all those dreams come true!

Every year, I organise a ‘Dream Map’ workshop, which is a journey into visualising the life of your dreams. The dream map/board or visual board is the simplest way of presenting our desires, goals and dreams in a symbolic, visual manner. It is an incredible tool which brings awareness of the things that really matters to us.
Dream boards become reality through the power of belief, visualisation, and expectation. The workshop itself is a great tool especially when you are feeling unclear, disconnected, stuck or overwhelmed with ideas. The whole process of creating your own board is an incredible experience, full of joy and peace. A relaxation process takes place and you create your vision with love and a warm heart.
Visualization
The process works on the principle of a simple visualisation technique. With this tool, we program the brain to see favourable circumstances in our lives. This is based on the principle of: what you focus on –is what you experience. This is the power of intention. I serve to guide you towards a beautiful meditation where you create a vision of your life. I incorporate a variety of mindfulness tools to create a powerful and organised dream board experience to simply enhance your happiness and wellbeing. We talk here in the language of images and emotions which link with the right side of our brain, which is the creative side. That is why we use colourful images cut from magazines, we distract the ego and encourage the subconscious mind to work in our favour. Through this process, the dream map enables us to extract our own dreams and treat them as goals.
Once you have created a dream map, you should put it in a place you see every day. Hang it on the wall in the living room, kitchen or bedroom. If you do not want to keep it in view, glue it on a cabinet door on the inside, set it as wallpaper in your mobile phone or on your computer as a screen saver. The more often you look at it, the sooner the subconscious will react to the images that are being posted on it. It is a simple power of intention tool. The intention or inner awareness is like an invisible force of energy, creative energy. It creates what you desire and you will begin to see a positive transformation in your life.
