What is important for a woman who just wants to be happy? What is her philosophy? And what does Tolle want to tell her in his book? Oh, and what has the time got to do with this?

What is the time? The time is now. What else is there? That is an interesting question, isn’t it? It seems that we have only now - the present moment. Therefore, worrying about the past or the future is pointless. Despite the futility of worrying about the past or the present, often these two occupy so much of our thinking that we actually do not notice what is going on around us. I got lost in my own memories and dreams many times and that did not help me to live a happy life.
Over time, I have learned to remind myself to be present and bring attention to what is important in life. That lead me to a great appreciation to the life once given to me by the Great Force of Energy and everything around that life in the now. I have noticed that I have many good things now: my beautiful, priceless family; the smiles of my children; good health; the space around me; the delicate earth under my feet; taking a deep breath every couple of seconds; beautiful sounds and limitless opportunities. I am grateful and I accept my present moment as it is. I keep cleansing myself of any negative thoughts and memories that have an impact on me.
“ Say ‘yes to life- and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”
Quotes from Eckhart Tolle’s wellknown book "The Power of Now" are my permanent companion as a reminder that there is nothing else but my life now. Therefore, I have the responsibility of taking advantage of here and now. This means live now and be conscious of the present and everything around me and live with love and passion now, not tomorrow, not in a month or a year in the future. Now, as Tolle writes: "Say ‘yes' to life- and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you ".[1]
I practise observation of the world around me every day. I look at it through my eyes, my ears, touch and smell and all other human senses. Even in this precious moment right now I am thankful for where I am - writing in my lovely cosy house in the beautiful country of Scotland, drinking coffee and smelling yellow flowers on my desk, patiently waiting for my children to come home after school so I can cuddle them and show them how much I love them.
Principle...
One of my principles is to give full attention to now.
This practice of consciousness and acceptance increases the possibility of negative emotions being avoided. Through this I cleanse and stay positive. That is why I say those beautiful Ho’oponopono words "I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you".
I am sorry that my mind created those negative messages so now they can be completely erased!
When my mind is aware of this, I am ready to make the right decisions. Good decisions. Beautiful decisions! I am moving away from compulsive thinking. I have stopped the constant rush and started to listen to my inner me. - I meditate, I visualise, I laugh, I create, and I do my best to see what the universe has to offer me. I have opened a window of opportunity for happiness and I am grateful for that every day.
